Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Growth Strategist to lead our digital infrastructure expansion. This role focuses on developing and implementing multi-channel growth strategies, leveraging CRM, marketing automation, AI-powered tools, LinkedIn marketing, Google AdWords, SEO, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute a scalable digital growth system to acquire new customers across multiple regions
  • Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, utilizing SEO, paid advertising, LinkedIn, and AI-driven prospecting
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation platforms to automate email and drip campaigns
  • Manage and improve LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including outreach and sponsored ads
  • Track key performance indicators, ensuring optimization and ROI maximization
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or demand generation
  • Proven experience in the technology industry (CRM, Salesforce, SaaS, or similar)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, AI-driven lead gen tools, and marketing automation

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset, proactive, and hands-on, with excellent project management and execution skills, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of B2B sales funnels and outbound/inbound lead generation.
