Job Overview:They are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and support our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound prospecting, primarily through email, to identify and engage key decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. You will research target accounts, craft personalized outreach messages to maximize response rates, and ensure all activities are tracked and managed effectively in the CRM.
This role also involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, improve messaging, and share insights on campaign performance. Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound prospecting primarily via email to set qualified meetings
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
- Personalize outreach messaging to maximize engagement and response rates
- Manage and track outreach activity, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Provide feedback on campaign performance and suggest improvements
- 3–6 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role with a focus on email outreach and meeting setting
- Strong research, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM and outreach platforms
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Gmail, Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Pipedrive
- Experience with email sequencing/personalization tools, calendar scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly), and basic data enrichment platforms preferred
