As a strategic Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in the success of our organization by sourcing and procuring high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Procurement Operations
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor compliance with agreed-upon terms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Analyze data to inform procurement decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Vendor Management
- Identify and qualify new vendors to meet business needs.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with vendors to ensure smooth transactions.
- Monitor vendor performance and address any issues promptly.
- Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to inform procurement decisions.
- Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of one year relevant experience in procurement operations, vendor management, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
