Strategic Workplace Adoption Specialist

Job Description:

The Strategic Workplace Adoption Specialist will drive the adoption of Digital Workplace and Productivity technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless integration and utilization of these tools. This role requires a deep understanding of current workplace productivity solutions and the ability to design and execute effective adoption programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools to identify relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies use industry workplace solutions and identify opportunities for reapplication across the organization.
  • Analyze current solutions' utilization and determine adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage through training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes as needed.
  • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field or strong track record proving equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment and are a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and require little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
