We seek a skilled professional who can take full ownership of procurement and supply chain activities, ensuring the right components for our cloud infrastructure are sourced on time, at the right cost, and with excellence.

This role is completely remote, offering flexibility to work from home. You'll collaborate closely with our leadership team in Australia, including our CFO. At Vault, innovation, integrity, and collaboration drive everything we do.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the supply chain function, overseeing administration and execution of procurement and sourcing activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, quality, and compliance.
  • Drive improvements, investigating opportunities for cost savings, efficiency, and process upgrades.
  • Champion compliance, ensuring every activity follows policy and procedure while growing supply chain maturity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business.
  • 10+ years of procurement experience, ideally in software, hardware, or IT services.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks, compliance, and documentation.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where autonomy and proactivity are valued.
  • Exposure to supply chain software tools, preferably AI-driven solutions.
