Procurement Specialist Job Opportunity

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing vendors, as well as providing procurement and negotiation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source contractors, local suppliers, and international vendors based on project requirements.
- Maintain and update a database of reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Assist in all pre-sales and procurement processes including canvassing, proposal gathering, and initial vendor negotiations.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis and vendor comparisons for endorsement to Senior Procurement Officer for final review and approval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical), or related courses.
- With 1–2 years of work experience in procurement, preferably in construction or related industry.
- Background in procurement and construction is required.
- Willing to undergo training in Manila before being assigned to Cebu.
- Must be based in Cebu and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
- Has initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
