Healthcare Expert Role

This role is for a dedicated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.


  • Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare inquiries, claims, and policy information, ensuring accuracy and empathy in all interactions.
  • Process medical claims and billing accurately, verifying insurance coverage as needed.
  • Assist members, providers, or clients with healthcare-related concerns in a timely manner, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other data privacy regulations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Document all transactions and interactions in the CRM system, facilitating seamless communication between teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address escalations and complex cases, driving resolution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least a SHS graduate, demonstrating a solid educational foundation in healthcare-related fields.
  • Minimum of 6 months of call center experience, showcasing adaptability and professionalism.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu, embracing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations with ease.
