- Manage operational activities such as coordinating appointments, managing inventory, and resolving customer complaints
- Collaborate with medical professionals to improve patient outcomes and reduce wait times
Requirements for this role include strong communication skills, experience working in a fast-paced environment, and analytical problem-solving abilities. A graduate degree in medicine or a related field is required, and at least two years' experience in a similar role is preferred.
