Staffing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Staffing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment, sourcing and interviewing candidates across various industries and roles.

The successful candidate will have the ability to accurately match high-quality candidates with job descriptions, ensuring that we only hire top-talent applicants. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to diversify our strategies and source high-volume candidates.


Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and online platforms
  • Conducting interviews and screenings to assess candidate fit
  • Managing initial candidate processing, verifying references and experience, and sending offer letters
  • Updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with the latest information regarding candidates and talent pipelines
  • Collaborating with our Sourcing Team to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, and onboarding processes

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent sourcing and hiring, with a strong understanding of recruitment marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience working as a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing high-quality candidates, and using data to validate hiring success
  • Strong calendar management skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
