About the role

As a Recruitment Specialist at Arvin International Marketing Inc.', you will play a crucial role in sourcing and identifying top talent to support the company's growth and success. This full-time position is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, and will involve managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from developing job descriptions to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define the required skills and experience for open roles
  2. Crafting engaging job postings and advertisements to attract qualified candidates
  3. Sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
  4. Screening and shortlisting applicants, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  5. Offering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  6. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all relevant HR and recruitment policies
  7. Providing recommendations and insights to improve the overall recruitment strategy

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in the Human Resources & Recruitment industry
  2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to identify and attract top talent
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  6. Collaborative mindset and a team-oriented approach
