Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
For External Recruitment:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, databases, and referrals
- Conduct resume screening, initial interviews, and candidate shortlisting
- Coordinate candidate pipelines based on client needs and job requirements
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pools
- Work closely with account managers or recruitment leads to fulfill client hiring needs
For Internal Hiring:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, to job offer and onboarding
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (required)
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience in a manpower agency, RPO, or headhunting firm
- Solid background in sourcing and recruiting across multiple industries (e.g., BPO, IT, Sales, Logistics, etc.)
- Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines
- Excellent sourcing skills using platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing and able to work on-site in Pasay City
- Can start immediately
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Understanding of recruitment compliance and best practices
