We are seeking a seasoned Customer Experience Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by transforming customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:Align customer business objectives with current and future product capabilities.
Provide expert insights to internal teams, leveraging customer feedback to inform product development and enhance customer satisfaction.
Evaluate churn and downsell risk, proactively addressing dissatisfaction or feature gaps to drive retention throughout the customer lifecycle.
Develop tailored plans to ensure customers successfully adopt our platform, meeting their unique business needs.
Conduct regular cadences and quarterly annual customer success reviews to maximize value from investments.
Build trust with customers, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customers with enablement resources, driving adoption and success.
Prior experience with Contact Center technology as a provider or in operations is required.
3-5 years of direct enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience for a SaaS company.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting, or Account Management.
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders, efficiently communicating internal and external voices.
Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers.
Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management, adapting conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of Salesforce.
