Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement solutions to meet customer expectations and exceed service standards.
  • Evaluate solution specifications and recommend designs that maximize value for customers and partners.
  • Provide consultation to customers on proposed solutions and their benefits.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work knowledgeably on advanced technologies such as JavaScript, C++, C Sharp or HTML scripting, Networking, API, WFM, PBX, Dialer, ACD, CTI, VoIP, IVR/VRU, and call center best practices.

Requirements:

  • Be an independent self-starter with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Operate with minimal guidance and exercise sound judgment in challenging situations.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver commitments in a fast-paced environment.
