Supply Chain Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic supply chain expert to play a pivotal role in delivering end-to-end supply chain transformation projects.

  • Job Description:
  • Design and deploy cutting-edge enterprise performance management solutions for global clients.
  • Drive innovation by designing and implementing supply chain planning solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Serve as the lead supply chain expert for transformation projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure optimization and best practices by applying your supply chain acumen and industry knowledge to supply chain system implementations.
  • Advise clients and support pre-sales efforts by partnering with supply chain executives to define business requirements and demonstrate EPM solutions' value.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in supply chain planning, including minimum 3-4 years of experience either in a business or consulting capacity.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and tools, such as demand forecasting, supply planning, MRP, capacity planning, or S&OP.
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning platforms like Anaplan, Blue Yonder, O9, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM, Kinaxis, etc.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate complex supply chain planning requirements into a scalable solution framework and technology solutions.
  • Client engagement skills, including strong ability to advise and present solutions to supply chain executives and stakeholders.
  • Leadership and collaboration skills, with proven ability to lead teams and manage enterprise-scale supply chain transformation projects.
