Your Role:

As a Customer Success Expert, you'll be part of a collaborative team working towards our shared mission of empowering customers and their employees to succeed. You'll leverage real-time insights and automation to elevate every conversation, driving meaningful connections and results for our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead post-sales activities for our customers through relationship-building, product knowledge, planning, and execution.
  2. Serve as the voice of the customer within our organization, working cross-functionally to ensure a consistent and strong customer message is embedded in everything we do.
  3. Develop positive, trusted relationships with customers by providing value throughout the customer partnership.
  4. Retain long-term partnerships with customers by independently renewing successful customers.
  5. Establish and oversee customer adoption, training, and development of best practices to drive incremental value and return on investment.
  6. Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and speak with customers about the most meaningful features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  7. Manage customer escalations by documenting open issues, facilitating regular status meetings, and working cross-functionally toward resolution.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Experience with telecommunication or SaaS providers required.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional account management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to track numerous details.
