About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Client Growth Manager to drive client retention and expansion for a scaling business.

As part of our team, you will own complete client lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion, managing a portfolio of key accounts and ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while identifying growth opportunities.

  • Own complete client lifecycle management from onboarding through renewal and expansion
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with client teams to ensure achievement of desired outcomes
  • Leverage provided data, success frameworks, and retention targets to drive results
  • Partner with senior leadership and integrated revenue teams to align on strategy and progression
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3+ years of experience in client growth or account management roles
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving renewals
  • Comfortable presenting to business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative communication skills
