Inside Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic sales professional to lead our inside sales team, focusing on outbound sales to customers across Australia and New Zealand.

This role will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, driving performance, and executing outbound strategies to achieve sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establish clear performance metrics, monitor results, and implement strategies to drive improvement.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies focused on customer acquisition, retention, and growth in the AU/NZ market.
  • Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and markets to expand the company's presence.
  • Collaborate with the sales leadership to align activities with overall business objectives.
  • Support the team in engaging with key customers, addressing escalations, and building long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality customer interactions that reflect the company's brand and values.
Performance & Reporting:
  • Track team KPIs and report on performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support:
  • Work closely with marketing, customer service, and the sales team to maximise lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure CRM usage and data accuracy across the team.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and best practices in inside sales management.
  • Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
