Job Title: Area Sales Manager

Lead your territory to success by driving sales strategies and building relationships with stakeholders. Command your own business development across Asia, managing distributor partnerships, leading presentations, providing forecasts, ensuring compliance, and delivering powerful results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Sell products to existing and prospective distributors through a relationship-based approach
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to generate new business
  • Conduct calls, visits, and presentations
  • Prepare proposals and quotations
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Coordinate with marketing, management, accounting, customer service, and logistics
  • Analyze territory potential and customer value
  • Provide sales forecasts and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Create and manage customer value plans
  • Compare product advantages in the market
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategy
  • Provide management with market feedback and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare sector handling international accounts
  • Proven track record of selling and growing branded product portfolios
  • Strong ability to build and influence relationships with stakeholders across all levels, internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset with combined technical, sales, language, and administrative competencies
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region and attend in-person client meetings as required
  • Collaborative team player with a history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems preferred
