As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding a team of virtual assistants to ensure they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, client services, or operations, with a strong emphasis on leadership and coaching. They will be responsible for building strong relationships with team members, providing guidance and support, and taking actions to improve performance.

  • Build strong relationships with team members through regular check-ins and coaching sessions
  • Provide guidance and support to assistants as they work on their tasks
  • Take actions to decrease attendance issues and assistant idle time

You will also be responsible for facilitating client-assistant onboarding, recognizing and facilitating additional client needs, and communicating with clients regarding assistant performance and quality concerns.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and development of our team, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months of supervisory experience, preferably in a remote work environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or operations
  • Proficiency in learning new software platforms and implementing effective performance management strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, establish priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

You should also possess strong emotional resilience, prioritize solutions, and be willing to take calculated risks.
