
High-Performance Team Coach

Elevate our Executive Assistants' performance by leading, coaching, and managing our Virtual Assistant team. As a key member of our remote work environment, you will focus on guiding team members to reach their fullest potential while fostering a collaborative, client-centric atmosphere.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of Executive Assistants, promoting a positive, productive work culture. Ensure each team member understands their goals and has the resources needed to succeed.
- Offer tailored coaching based on experience and industry needs. Regularly meet with each team member to discuss performance, set objectives, and provide actionable feedback for growth.
- Leverage knowledge of various industries to support VAs in delivering industry-specific solutions, addressing diverse client needs, and adapting to new sectors as required.
- Set measurable performance goals, track team progress, and identify areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure high standards are consistently met.
- Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues, working to resolve client concerns, mitigate risks, and implement solutions to improve overall team efficiency.
- Encourage team members to share insights and identify areas for personal and professional development. Develop initiatives that inspire ongoing learning and growth within the team.
- Solid experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or leaders in a large corporation.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role with a strong background in managing and coaching remote teams.
- Proven ability to guide and motivate team members, helping them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
- Broad understanding of various industries and aptitude for quickly learning new fields to provide guidance to a diverse client base.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, constructive feedback.
- Experience with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Discord, GSuite, Asana), and managing teams across different time zones.
- Availability to participate in regular meetings with the core team.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving team processes.
