We are seeking a skilled Professional with excellent Call Handling and Coaching abilities.

This role involves building long-standing relationships by providing high-quality call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions including sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
  • Foster feedback and coaching sessions with clients
  • Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
  • Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
  • Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
  • Recognize and act on sales opportunities
  • Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions

Required skills include 3+ years in sales/customer service roles, 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles, experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails, SME business environment experience, exceptional communication skills, adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles, demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration, strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes, customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction, proficiency in Microsoft Suite, excellent time management skills, and own reliable transport.
