Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting.

This role involves managing client relationships, delivering solutions, and building long-term partnerships that drive satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are addressed.
  • Analyzing client operations and recommending solutions tailored to their goals.
  • Delivering projects, leading training sessions, and supporting successful adoption of solutions.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling within accounts.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B account management, client success, or technology consulting (SaaS/analytics experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
