Job Summary

A Sports Marketing Point of Contact is required to serve as the primary liaison between teams, leagues, athletes, media, and government partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, corporate communications, PR, sports marketing, or brand execution.

We are seeking a highly organized individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing sports-related events and activations, managing logistics, registration, and partner servicing during events, and supporting marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for teams, leagues, athletes, media, and government partners
  • Coordinate event logistics, registration, and partner servicing
  • Support marketing campaigns, digital content, and branding consistency
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies and brand sponsors
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in project management, corporate communications, PR, sports marketing, or brand execution
  • Strong organizational and logistical coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a sports writer
