- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree on Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing.
- Fresh Grad / Entry Level specializing in Marketing / Brand Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): marketing, reporting, good communication, time management.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Maintains good relationship with existing clients, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company (Metrobank) Branch Heads, dealers and suppliers.
Supports Relationship Managers or Relationship Specialists in the preparation of request forms for Neighborhood Checking, Business Verification, Bank Checking, appraisal and other credit checking. The following information are to be provided :
-Date of Request
-Account name
-Spouse name (if applicable)
-Residence Address
-Business Address
-Date of Birth
-Type of request
-Date released
Supports Relationship Managers and Relationship Specialists in filing various attachments submitted by Credit Investigation and Appraisal Division (CIAD), dealers and clients.
Supports Relationship Managers and Relationship Specialists in the preparation of memos, coordination with other units to address client's requests or issues.
Support Relationship Managers and Relationship Specialists in the timely routing of credit approval, availment sheet, memos and other documents to signatories.
Ensures timely submission of the following :
credit folders for presentation to Executive Committee (EXCOM).
Complaints and Requests Log Sheet report
Consolidated weekly marketing reports to be submitted to Division Head for checking and forwarded to Group Head once finalize.
Minutes of the meeting to Commercial Lending Division Head for review
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Additional RequirementsQualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Business Course or related courses
Must be willing to work on-site: Makati City
Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply
Must be good in communication, organize, has time management and people skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
