Job Description

Deliver high-quality service to sports enthusiasts as a Customer Service Advisor.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end customer service from the Welcoming Desk to Check-out.
  • Assisting with sales and operations through visual merchandising and store layouts.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and building loyalty across all channels.
  • Managing online orders autonomously, including receiving orders and handling incidents.
  • Engaging in merchandising to attract sport lovers and meet customer needs.
