About World Business Lenders is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers.
Job Description- We are looking for someone who can initiate, cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers and other similar entities to generate the referral of borrowers from these sources
- The candidate should pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email
- He/She will collaborate with internal departments and management to support files process through the pipeline
- Advanced almost native level of verbal and written English is required
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint is necessary; Teams experience is preferred
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
- A proactive approach and strong work ethic are must-haves
- Excellent attention to detail is required
- Previous sales experience in the US is strongly desired
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using self-service platforms and CRM tools to track and manage sales activity is a plus
