We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team, focused on delivering exceptional service to our largest enterprise client.
This role will work closely with our Enterprise Client Manager to ensure that our largest client receives consistent, high-quality support that strengthens relationships and drives retention.
About the PositionThis is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by managing daily communications, executing account strategy, and meeting performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily interactions with our largest client, responding quickly to requests, questions, and needs.
- Partner with our Client Manager to develop and implement account plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and monitor account data and performance metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on client standards and guidelines, ensuring expectations are met.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Reliable access to high-speed internet and necessary equipment (laptop with camera and audio).
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing or account support roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
