About the role

This is a full-time Accounting Staff position at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.' based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As part of the accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information
  • Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation
  • Adhere to all relevant accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a small business or practice setting
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and spreadsheet applications
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, as well as relevant laws and regulations
