Lead Generation Specialist Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads in the construction industry
2. Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies via email, phone, and social media
3. Qualify leads and schedule appointments with sales teams
4. Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems
5. Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage
• Impeccable interpersonal skills
• Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Tech Savvy
