We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team. This role will involve delivering sourcing and hiring results for manufacturing roles, while enhancing client and candidate experiences and strengthening our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute recruitment plans that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify top talent for manufacturing roles.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through professional communication and timely feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of delivering successful hiring results in the manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in Japanese is an asset, with English proficiency required for global communication.
