Please note that we are looking for an Executive Assistant with a background in the construction industry to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to C-levels and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to construction projects, handling confidential information with discretion, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, assisting in organizing and maintaining project documentation, contracts, and permits, coordinating communication between executives, clients, subcontractors, and on-site teams, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, providing updates to executives as needed, conducting research related to construction materials, vendors, and industry best practices, managing expense reports, and assisting in budget tracking for construction projects.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent English communication skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management software, ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy, high attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
