Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented construction documentation and data entry specialist to support our clients in the construction and architecture industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing various administrative and technical tasks related to building documentation, permitting, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately fill out forms and official documents related to building permits and compliance.
  • Input data from clients and construction documents into digital systems.
  • Interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and structural plans to extract relevant information.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and clarify document requirements.
  • Maintain organized digital files and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or construction documentation.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, plumbing, electrical, and engineering drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with construction terms, permit processes, and building departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PDF editing tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
