Construction Lead Generator Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our construction lead generation efforts.

Job Summary:

  • This role involves researching and identifying potential leads within the construction industry.
  • Developing and executing outreach strategies via various channels, including email, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for sales teams.
  • Maintaining and updating CRM systems with accurate prospect data.
  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to refine lead generation processes.
  • Tracking and reporting key metrics related to lead conversion rates.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in lead generation.
  • Nurturing relationships with prospects through follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Specialist with international clients.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is advantageous.
  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
