We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced construction professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating and takeoffs, with the ability to read and interpret construction plans accurately.
Main Responsibilities:- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from construction drawings and specifications.
- Read and interpret construction plans to identify project scope, materials, and labor requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate budgeting and project execution.
- Utilize specialized software to create detailed takeoffs and estimates.
- Organize and track data to ensure all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in plans and recommend solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with team members to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy in all deliverables.
- Proven experience in estimating and takeoffs in the construction industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Proficiency in specialized software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
