Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Process full accounts payable cycles, including invoice and payment processing, general ledger coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • Build strong relationships across departments by resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage corporate credit card transactions according to internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with month, quarter-end, and annual close activities, preparing additional reports as requested by senior management.
  • Review and audit credit card statements to ensure accuracy and correct entries.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Liaise between business units to ensure timely sales commission processing.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research, competitive intelligence, and other areas as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks expertise.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, work independently, and organize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail).
  • High level of trustworthiness and confidentiality.
  • Desirable: experience in direct sales, e-commerce, and/or digital marketing/ad agencies.
