Retention Strategy Manager

This role is ideal for someone who excels in lifecycle marketing, VIP engagement, membership growth, and customer advocacy.

  • Design automated journeys to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
  • Identify and nurture top buyers with personalized outreach.
  • Grow adoption of our membership plan and reduce churn.
  • Launch referral, loyalty, and UGC programs to turn satisfied customers into active promoters of the brand.

This role requires a proven track record of scaling email/SMS programs for eCommerce, experience in customer retention, VIP management, or loyalty programs, excellent communication skills, and data-driven decision making.

  • Strong analytical skills: knows how to track, analyze, and present retention metrics.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high-ticket products (tech/electronics) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a long-term opportunity with potential to grow and a high-impact role where you own retention strategy end-to-end.

This is a full-time role with core collaboration hours between 6:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PST, with a 2-hour flexibility window. The first month includes a training/trial period with scaled pay, and payments are made weekly via PayPal or bi-weekly via Wise.
