Digital Retention Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and optimizing email, SMS and other retention marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:- Execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns to maximize customer engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with copywriters and graphic designers to create high-quality and high-converting emails.
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop optimization plans.
- Ensure error-free deliverables through quality checks and troubleshooting.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 2+ years of experience in retention marketing, email marketing or digital campaign execution
- Hands-on experience with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp
- Proficient in executing email and SMS campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization and troubleshooting (preferred)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, or dashboards)
- Strong attention to detail for error-free campaign execution
- Excellent time management to meet campaign deadlines
