This role involves working as a Customer Support Engineer. The individual will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing support to clients using our portal.
- The engineer will work independently and as part of the support team to resolve tickets, log in various systems, and address operational data issues.
- Training will be provided in-house, and the engineer will have the opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of SQL databases is a requirement, along with good knowledge of T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers.
- The engineer must be able to diagnose and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good ability to comprehend technical information related to computer software, computer and network hardware is required.
