Senior Cloud Support Specialist

The organization is seeking an experienced technical professional to provide expert-level support for cloud-based technologies.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional service.

As a senior cloud support specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. You will also be expected to mentor and train junior team members, as well as contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level support for cloud-based technologies, including troubleshooting complex issues and resolving customer complaints.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.
  • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud technologies, including Azure and M365.
Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Azure Active Directory Premium (MFA, Conditional Access, Licensing)
  • Windows Server Admin (2012 or later)
  • Exchange server admin (2016 or later)
  • M365 – Exchange online, ODfB
  • Teams
  • Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Microsoft Intune/EM&S)
  • Azure IaaS (RI, HUB)
