We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide first-level support for technical issues in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical support calls, emails, or chats from customers, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems, using your analytical skills to identify solutions.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and product configurations, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams, collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Document all interactions and solutions in a ticketing system, maintaining accurate records and facilitating future reference.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school Diploma/GED or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles within a contact center.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, browsers, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Fluent in English language.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
