
Senior Team Coordinator

About the Job:
- We are seeking an experienced Team Captain to lead our team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of their team and serve as a point of escalation for issues outside the authority of an agent.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Client Experience Manager and People Manager to identify growth and development opportunities for team members and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
Responsibilities:
- People Management: Identify and develop talent within the team, monitor attendance and punctuality, and escalate any issues to the HR department when necessary.
- Performance Quality Management: Monitor and assess team members' performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and ensure they are properly trained and working consistently to meet client needs.
- Logistics: Ensure team members' and equipment needs are met to sustain service levels, recommend alternative products or tools, and implement changes as needed.
- Internal Coordination: Work with our People Development Manager to create comprehensive training plans, relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager, and help build a positive company culture.
- External Communications: Develop relationships with clients, implement policies related to their products, contribute to customer support processes, and demonstrate mastery of company offerings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Three years of supervisory experience in a related field, preferably in email and chat support.
- Experience supporting SaaS products or troubleshooting experience.
- General understanding of Presentation Software or Web-based apps.
- Intermediate knowledge of CRM systems (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
