Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a vital role in driving private-label and branded initiatives forward as a key support to the Project Manager.

The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Project Manager: Develop and track project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  2. Coordinate Artwork Management: End-to-end artwork development, version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
  3. Report and Coordinate Packaging Transition: Ensure zero financial impact by coordinating the packaging transition and associated liabilities.
  4. Liaise between Teams: Coordinate cross-functional activities between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams.
  5. Own Critical Project Data: Maintain accurate project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
  6. Prepare Reports and Dashboards: Create regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
  7. Facilitate Product Life Cycle Setup: Manage the change control process and support delisting activities in coordination with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years in project coordination, managing end-to-end timelines, and supporting project management activities.
  • Project coordination or project support experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or food manufacturing environments is required.
  • College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
