  • Prepare offer letters, onboarding documents, and recruitment materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and manage virtual documents.
  • Support recruitment process improvements and resource creation.
  • Post job ads and prepare client- and candidate-related documents.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure seamless recruitment operations.
Requirements
  • ">
  • 1+ year of experience in Virtual Assistance, Executive Assistance, or recruitment support.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a collaborative team player.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in handling multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude, passion, and eagerness to grow with us.
