
Senior Business Coordinator

This is a 100% remote position that requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities- Manage executive calendars and book meetings, events, and reminders with ease.
- Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and manage communication flow effectively.
- Prepare reports, meeting notes, or presentations as needed, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) and in-person logistics when required, ensuring seamless execution.
- Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking efficiently.
- Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and assist in team communications, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and present a polished, professional presence in every interaction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Construction industry experience is required, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack.
- Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
