Executive Support Role

This is a 100% remote position that requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars and book meetings, events, and reminders with ease.
  • Prioritize and organize inboxes, respond to emails, and manage communication flow effectively.
  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, or presentations as needed, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings (Zoom/Google Meet) and in-person logistics when required, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Handle travel planning, itinerary creation, and expense tracking efficiently.
  • Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and assist in team communications, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality and present a polished, professional presence in every interaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Construction industry experience is required, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior leadership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • High-level proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
