Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal hiring efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and managing job postings.
  • Ensure open roles are filled in line with our growth plans.
  • Engage in outreach and screening processes to attract top candidates.
  • Improve onboarding, retention, and engagement processes to support team growth.

Additional responsibilities include developing and refining people policies to enhance efficiency and scalability, improving people operations processes for a seamless team member experience, and enhancing the quality and volume of inbound candidates through sourcing and outreach.

About You

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, operational excellence with high productivity, and strong attention to detail. They should have energy and drive, a hunger for self-improvement, and a desire to be around talented teammates. Experience with building or scaling hiring processes is essential, along with an interest in working in healthcare.
