Job Title: Workplace Wellness Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the psychological well-being of our employees. The ideal candidate will have expertise in trauma-informed care, emotional resilience, and building trust with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Individual Well-being Sessions:
    • Conduct regular 1:1 sessions to promote mental health and provide same-day crisis intervention support.
    • Incorporate stress-reduction techniques, coping strategies, and decision-making skills into sessions.
  • Group Sessions:
    • Facilitate monthly group sessions focusing on peer support and fostering healthy working relationships.
    • Tailor sessions based on team dynamics, feedback from Team Leads, or insights gained by the wellbeing team.
  • Training & Development:
    • Deliver training sessions on well-being, resiliency, and onboarding.
    • Ensure all training is delivered within prescribed timeframes and formats provided by the organization.
  • Observation & Support:
    • Conduct daily floor walks to observe employee behavior and provide support as needed.
