Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Adoption Lead to drive the adoption of productivity technologies across our organization. As a key member of the Digital Workplace Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in increasing employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on the product roadmap and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research industry trends and best practices in workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication across our organization.
  • Understand how existing solutions are being utilized, establishing adoption and usage baselines.
  • Design and execute comprehensive adoption programs, incorporating training, communications, and hands-on guidance to increase adoption and usage.
  • Deploy new features and execute incremental changes to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Provide expert support to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues related to productivity tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, agile environments and is a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and requires minimal supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
