Job Overview

The Compliance Coordinator role is a vital component in managing workplace inquiries. This position serves as the primary point of contact for employee tickets received through Salesforce or similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ticket Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets, engage with employees to assess inquiries, and document all cases from intake to resolution.
  • Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate each issue, determine the appropriate course of action, and route cases to relevant departments with documentation and context.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information, seek subject-matter input, and support continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.
Requirements
  • Must-Have Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management; familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics; strong interpersonal and communication skills; proven critical thinker with a proactive approach.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting North American teams from an offshore/remote environment; comfortable collaborating across time zones; remote work setup with reliable internet and secure conditions.
