Mental Health Counseling

The Mental Health Counselor facilitates holistic interventions to improve clients' mental health and well-being through effective consultations and psychotherapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Mental Health team for client triaging, escalations, and developing comprehensive mental health interventions.
  • Coordinate with the Mental Health team and company representatives to align protocols, provide operational reports, and assist with requests related to the mental health program.
  • Assess clients' mental and emotional well-being through regular wellness check-ins and emergency handling.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and suggest necessary improvements to further develop current systems.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing or has completed a Master's degree in Psychology.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Google Workspace.
  • Preferably has a background in Mental Health or Employee Assistance Programs.
