Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization. This key role will be responsible for driving widespread adoption and ensuring seamless integration of these tools.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our current technology landscape and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and execute comprehensive adoption programs, leveraging training, communication, and hands-on support to increase employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features and incremental changes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Provide expert support and guidance to end-users, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of managing workplace productivity tools and driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred, along with capability to multitask and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and requiring little supervisory attention, with a desire to learn and adapt to new areas of technology.
